October 2022 Overview

Dear Friends,

Our school was buzzing with activity the entire month of October. This month’s video High Five gives some clear examples of how we regularly live our school mission:

To provide an outstanding education delivered in Vietnamese and English that emphasizes Vietnamese values, academic and personal excellence and fosters global understanding, respect, and independent learning.

October’s High Five includes:

1. Sports Tournaments

2. Women’s Day

3. Water Day

4. Halloween

5. Parent Teacher Conference

November is also going to be bursting with even more activities for our school community. This month will include:

1) Student Trips

2) Student Government Election

3) Parent Workshop for High School families

4) Cambridge Mock Exams

5) EMASI’s first ever Talent Show

6) Vietnamese Teacher’s Day Celebration

7) EMASI Science and Technology Competition

8) The Britcham Fun Run on November 27 – The last chance to register has been extended to Thursday, November 10.

This month we will also begin to transition to using our newly installed electronic gate. We will implement this step-by-step to ensure a smooth implementation for our community. Check out our video here for more details.

Families are reminded to collect their children from school before 5:30. Late pickup of students will entail a late charge. Families will receive more details from their child’s homeroom teacher.
