Joshua James is passionate about entrepreneurship. He co-founded 8-Bit Content Marketing Agency. He was also a partner in a regional startup, Top Team Vietnam. It was the first Vietnam-based events and team-building company to be nominated for an international award: Teambuilding Company of the Year at the 2016 HR Awards in Singapore.

Joshua has UK QTS and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. He has taught in international schools in Canada, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Joshua is an experienced teacher trainer. Cambridge Assessment International Education certifies him as a Programme Leader in Educational Leadership. He is also a visiting assessor for the National Institute of Teaching and Education, UK. In this role, he assesses teacher trainees across Asia Pacific.

Joshua James' education philosophy is shaped by his experiences. They include the Cambridge A Levels, the Ontario Curriculum, and the University of London International Foundation Programme. He has also lectured Staffordshire University undergraduate courses and on MBA courses for Greenwich University.

Joshua also has extensive experience as a corporate trainer.

Business Development

Joshua James has a proven track record in marketing and business development. His skills include PR, branding, copywriting, and networking. He excels at relationship management.

Joshua James is the first non-European elected to the Board of Directors of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. As an executive board member, he focused on events, CSR, and marketing. He paid special attention to digital branding, engagement, and media coverage. Joshua James is also Co-Chairman of the Human Resources and Training Sector Committee.

Joshua James has created many successful businesses and partnerships. He has also maintained effective, fruitful professional relationships.

Joshua has twice served as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Vietnam Excellence Awards.
