September 2022 Overview
Dear Friends,
We’ve just finished a fantastic September together as a school community. Our first complete month of the year.
I’m thrilled to share with you five highlights in the September High Five video.
September’s High 5 include:
1. Opening Ceremony
2. Full Moon Festival
3. Graduate Ready Program
4. Launch of Personal Excellence Program
5. STEM Festival
October also promises to be a month bursting with excitement for our students. This will include a combination of both academic and athletic events that will help them grow.
During the first two weeks of October, students in grades 5 to 12 will participate in the MAP Growth exercise from NWEA. Be sure to check our explainer video here.
We will have our mid-semester break the week of October 19-23.
An interim update to families about student progress will be issued the week of October 24. Parent Teacher Conferences will take place October 28 & 29
Our competitive Basketball, Badminton and Swimming teams will be competing in their first tournaments in the history of the school.
